Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via Google Checkout. Google Checkout is a free, secure and reliable intermediary that keeps your credit card information strictly confidential.
We do not except checks or phone orders unless you live locally and we can meet in person.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped within North

Policies

Carolina will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
All other orders shipped outside of North Carolina are exempt.

Shipping
Once an order is placed it will be shipped within 48 hours (up to 3 days during the holiday season). We ship Monday-Saturday via USPS Priority Mail from Chapel Hill, NC which takes approximately 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include U.S. federal holidays.
We do not charge a handling fee.
We ship ONLY in the continental U.S. (This excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii and all
off-shore U.S. territories).

Note: We feel that Priority Mail is the best way to ship our products to you. As our products are all natural and sitting in a hot warehouse or truck can cause can be damaging to your order. Priority Mail insures that your order gets to you quickly.

Shipping to someone else
If you are shipping to someone else please make a note in “ADD GIFT MESSAGE” during checkout. Include the “To” and “From” information and a message you would like to include. We will handwrite this information on a gift card free of charge. Please remember to use the gift recipient’s address in the “Shipping address".

Product availability
Occasionally some items may appear on our website that is not available at the time of your order. We will notify you via email if the item you have ordered is not available, but it will always be our attempt to flag an “out of stock” item at the level of purchase

Nii-Kii respects and maintains the privacy of its clients. We are committed to providing
a secure environment for all transactions and DO NOT sell or share your personal information to outside parties.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of the products sold at Nii-Kii, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Prior to placing your order, please email us with any product questions. If you are not completely delighted with your order for any reason, please email us at: info@nii-kii.com and we
will do our best to resolve your issues.

Cancelled/Changed orders
Online ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make changes to an order once it is finalized. If you need to add additional items, you will need to place another order. If you cancel your order before it's packed, a full refund will be given. Cancelled orders that have already been boxed up for shipment will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
